As many of you know, Detailers Paradise is a large sponsor and supporter of the MINI and Mini community. DP will in turn be sponsoring and supporting those of you attending MitM at Copper Mountain this August. In keeping with our widespread practice of keeping our cars clean, DP will provide everything we need to wash our cars and keep them shiny. Details:

• The Detailers Paradise Car Wash Party (DPCWP) will be open all day Friday and Saturday at MitM.
• Car Wash supplies will be provided by DP. This will include buckets, wool mitts, car wash, drying towels (microfiber, of course) and more
• There will be supplies enough to wash at least 6 cars concurrently
• And there will be running water (ie, hose)
• Location is the small parking lot (paved) right between the Registration Building and the Fire House (in sight of the parking structure, MitM Headquarters)
• Further, DP will have beaucoup giveaways for us all, and some nice car wash and detailing gifts as prizes during our farewell dinner.

Hi all!

Just wanted to announce that we've decided to add a couple of extra goodies to the car washing supplies for the DPCWP!

We figured that some of you may want to spruce-up your paint a little with some quick detail spray. Soooo, we'll have a few bottles of our popular "Prima Slick" quick detail spray, as well as our new "Prima Hydro" wax-as-you-dry spray, on hand for you to use during the washing party.

Yes, it looks like warm and dry weather for MITM next week. Therefore, you will drive your car lots. When you drive lots, you get dirrty. When you get dirrty.....you wash yourself. So come on out and DO it!

• Our friends at Copper Mountain Resort have plenty of extra SNOWMAKING hose available this time of year
• They have agreed to hook up and run a 2 inch hose (can you say 'water pressure'? for us to the car wash area. There will be a manifold at the end with as many hose bibs as you think you need....
• We in turn have 6 brand new yellow and blue hoses (Michigan colors) with nozzles....just for you!
• Not to mention all the fine wash and shine products from Detailers Paradise...and you are all shined up! No more dirrty pictures!
• Kenny from NMM New Mexico MINIs has graciously offered to sit at the car wash and monitor things all weekend long. After all, it only takes him 4 hours to go as far as it takes the rest of us 6 hours, so he has plenty of time.

We expect the car wash to be open by NOON on Thursday. Where is it located?

When you enter CMR Copper Mtn Resort on Copper Road, you will come to the stop sign by the Registration Building. Well, the car wash is in the back lot of the registration building, between it and the fire house (the one with the fire trucks).

Come on out and entertain the firefighters with us this weekend. Have a good time with the scrubbing bubbles....
