Takes one hour, they'll probably quote you two.

Do nothing to it, unless you like metal fatigue. Use camber plates or under-tower reinforcements to keep it from getting worse.

BTW, you will need a full alignment after installing camber plates...

I’ve removed tower deformation on a few MINIs, none have deformed towers again nor have they experienced any ancillary damage as a result of the manipulation. The hammer on wood method is practiced by the majority of the MINI dealership service departments also; a photo of the procedure can be found in post #6 here http://www.mini2.com/forum/faults-fi...shrooming.html . Drivers are usually more cautious and aware of road hazards and irregularities after repairing damage, which may be the reason why deformation seldom returns.

A how-to for removing the front struts and replacing the guide supports (yours would be camber plates) can be seen here https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ll-how-to.html . Post #5 here https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...in-so-cal.html provides several resources if you want to price shop.

Wait until 50 or so miles are on the vehicle after IE fixed plate installation before having the alignment. The bearing carrier bushing will collapse a little affecting toe to a slight degree.
