You can buy factory Xenon assemblies for about $900 per side ($1800 total), but you'll need to find the Xenon HID control module somewhere to go with it if you're trying to retrofit Xenon into a non-Xenon Cooper.

so can i just put in regular HIDs? whats with this Xenon stuff? i have a plug and play kit and i was wondering if i could just plug and play

 

Ooops. I thought you were talking about pulling out the factory halogen headlamps entirely and replacing the entire thing with the factory HID (aka Xenon) components.
