Drivetrain jcw spec pully (for d-stock to jcw conversion)

jcw spec pully (for d-stock to jcw conversion)
anyone make a jcw spec I believe 11.4 % pully so I can remain in stock class?
My car is an 05 and I can convert to jcw pully/airbox/injectors/tune/diff/suspension.
A full jcw supercharger is "ok" too or if any rebuild services out there can rebuild mine and put on a jcw pully that would work better I think
also looking for jcw clutch type diff, and injectors & airbox
No I cannot run a 15 % pulley, it would place me in d-modified and I do not want to go up to that class where you can do full 250hp race builds

I know....car will likely be more fun on the road with a pulley...
But most every aftermarket pulley is going to be held on with bolts with a collar style arrangement.....OEMs are heat set....so not sure if the car would pass technical inspection with a JCW pulley.
I remember hearing a few getting sold early on....so they might be around ....
But just tossing on the sc pulley, tune, intake, and exaust will not get you JCW performance...not exactly anyway...the head had the exaust ports ONLY if I recall CNC ported....but it made a difference....
Since the "vendors " here order their parts from a few makers, they might be able to get you a pulley on a semi custom basis ...
First place I would check with is Cravenspeed....they sell their own in-house made stuff themselves AND to other popular vendors ....so they would do it in house....heck they MIGHT have the CNC program already mapped....

Personally it sounds like you're going to spend a lot more money on JCW parts than you're going to get out of them. You can go aftermarket for all of that and make better power, cheaper.
And yes, I understand you don't want to fall into D-mod, but a slightly modded MINI will hold its own with cars twice its power just in its handling. There is also the question of; are you out there to be #1, or have fun?
To my knowledge nobody makes a JCW size aftermarket pulley.

Hmm, wonder why dealer installed isn't good enough, the package was a factory option, but the factory hadn't upgraded the engines for the early production runs, therefore the packages were sent to the dealer to be installed prior to customer delivery.
At least that's the way mine was done.
If you like, I can check my bill of sale and order form (I think I still have them both) and see what the exact wording is.

if you guys have documentation this was port installed and you want to run your pre '06s converted to JCW legally in DS (or even STX) you need to submit it to the SCCA - right now, it's only '06s that are allowed. Until you do that, it doesn't matter.
Dealer installed is never allowed, unless it was legally port installed that model year, and the dealer happened to do it (same as any other shop installing port installed parts)
