New N18 tuning option?!

So I have the jb+ and am feeling like it's not what I hoped it would be. Just not feeling the difference. I'm in utah and have zero tuning options and am trying to figure out/plan how to get to a manic distributor to get my ecu tuned (while having two kids, school, and a job). I came across this yesterday and am curious if anyone knows or has experience with this product or company. It's pricey, but to be able to tune at home in a few minutes through the ob2 port?!

Holy bejezus! Over $1,100 for a tune?! Yikes! I'd rather drive 1,100 Miles to a reputable Tuner! Make it a nice weekend getaway for that kind of money!

Yeah but with a family, and a wife that's not too excited about me modding the mini, it's hard to get an 1100 mile trip so I can have my car tuned.

That's not true, I called them a long time ago. It's only for N14 users, NOT N18 users. I wouldn't even get a tune from them, some of their products are very misleading.

Search N18 tunes, plenty of information that's been discussed 500 million times. They're plenty of tuners near you in Cali and Arizona. Good luck.

I am in the process of having my car tuned by Manic. I too had the JB. It is good for what it is but once the Manic tune is complete it will be much better.

a buddy of mine did the stage 2 manic tune and he says it's insane! I'm working on getting a downpipe and bigger intercooler so I can get set up for the stage 2 manic tune!!! Btw mini dynamics does the tune! You can either drive it there and get it done in a couple of hours, with an appointment of course, or you have the option to ship your ECU to them for tune!!! I can't wait!!!

You can actually overnight your ECU and have it tuned.
The Manic tunes are crazy, I run the Stage 2+ on my 2013 coupe.
You can get a Manic stage 1 tune for $500 or if you have the mods , a stage 2 for $600.

Info can be found here:
