I have a set of 4 17" web spokes for sale. Very good condition overall, 1 wheel has a scratched spot (pic 3) and the rest are in fine used shape w/ a few typical tire changing marks around the outer edge of the lip here and there- see attached pics. $600.

cant you powdercoat? i never asked if anthracite was a powdercoat option.

 

I will buy a scale this weekend to keep here at the shop so I can have wheel weights (everyone always asks) but these factory wheels are not light by any means (at least compared to the Team Dynamics wheels that we sell). I do have a powdercoater here locally but your probably looking at 200-300 to do a set of 4 once you take them apart, sandblast them, powdercoat them, and then reassemble.
