I took the OEM Goodyear Excellence runflat tires off of my R56 right after my break-in period, so they have less than 1,400 miles on them. These are 195/55HR16 tires for 16" rims.

They run for $209 at the tire rack, but I'll let them go for $100 each + shipping.

Are you sure these are h-rated? Didn't think they came that way.

Pretty sure. According to the Tire Rack:

The sidewalls say: 195/55R16 87H

Thanks, I thought MCS's were spec'd for V-rated or better. What did you get for replacements?

I thought the same thing. And it's probably true. But Samwise is a Cooper not a S. I even looked at the picture in the gallery yesterday, the car looked so sporty I still thought it was an MCS. Wasn't until I looked at unixgal's signature this morning that I realized my mistake.

Thanks IJ...I saw R56 in the original post and equated that to MCS, but guess it refers to both MC and MCS.....how confusing!

Hi hohod,

The R56 is just the designation for the Gen2 Hatchbacks. Samwise is Just A Cooper. I was surprised about the "H" rating since I wouldn't think the 16" rims would have anything different than an S would. Go Figure (I haven't asked anyone else the exact ones they have).

Unixgal, I got it at last...now I understand the Team Justacooper badge on your signature line!! Sorry tires aren't V-rated, good luck with the sale!
