Oh of course, the classes will go on for this MOTD. Thanks for the "tip".

The shelters are being delivered this Thursday, so I had to act fast to get the contract in place, etc.. The delivery fee + taxes + gas surcharges ended up costing as much as the tent rental itself. At past MOTD's where I tried to detail a car--it sucked holding a power tool and it's raining dogs and cats, lol. Last year, the rain and the mud made it very difficult to work on cars too--thus why I'm not working on cars this year. I also need the security of a tent to know that we can conduct an uninterrupted class--last year I shared the big tent with 2 other companies--neither of which are putting on a display this year.

So no worries, I will be there this year (next week) and expect to have a blast.

Richard

Quote: Bummer about your tent deal :/ have you tried contacting any other vendors to see if they would be interested in sharing your shelter? Maybe even on site you might be able to work something... just a thought. Probably too late to just cancel it and deal with rain if it comes?

Are you still doing the classes? I'm a bit confused now. If so, keep the extra to help offset your costs

How is 3:30? If you don't mind doing back to back sessions?

I sent ahead enough kits to cover everyone that's signed up. Yep, you can pay for it at the Dragon. Thanks!
