Could I get a price for my 2006 R53.

How do the Swift Spring compare to the M7 Springs with the 1.3 inch drop ? ? ?

The M7 spring is a progressive spring whereas the Swift is linear, there are pro's and con's to both types of springs, but in our opinion the linear spring offers a specific spring rate throughout the stroke of the spring which leads to a more consistent ride.

I bought these from Trackworx earlier along with Koni yellows.

Took a little while to get (not their fault) but I'm very pleased with the end result. So far one autocross on it.

For anyone interested I won many national and other events on these springs with just bilsteins and camber plates. And the only reason I didn't win a national championship was because I hit a cone.

These are PROVEN springs IMO. They are the best you can buy short of coilovers.
