Negative here also. I asked Ralph the question yesterday and waiting on his answer. Hopefully soon! Got some money to send his way......

 

Somehow I think we would know, certainly by getting the request to pay the balance before anything ships.

your screen name is rather ironic. i'm glad i jumped at the opportunity to pick up an alta fmic for a good price, altho, by the time i'm ready to install, helix's 3rd round might actually be ready to ship.

 

Just a status inquiry. Still cool here so no need for it yet. I thought about Alta's but decided to go with Helix after talking to owners of both types.

 

I did the same thing when I looked to get one many moons ago. Curious what brought you to your decision?

Btw, I also went with Helix.

Thanks silhouette88 for copying the update from e90post. I have been buried with mini intercoolers lately and am still packaging them. We'll post as soon as we're ready to ship and take care of payment.

Ralph called me this afternoon. He was boxing up the FMICs and wanted to know if I wanted my FMIC shipped. I told him I'd pick it up Monday.

if any of you guys who are planning on installing the helix fmic and have the garmin ecoroute, could you please do the community a favor and see if you can log some before and after intake manifold temps and pressure? i plan on doing the same when i get around to installing my alta fmic. it'd be nice to get a comparison of the two. thanks!
