Dear MINI vendor,

Since 2002 our company has been providing quality and unique Motoring clothing to the many motorers out there that love the MINI and don’t mind flaunting it. We have designed and produced screen printed and embroidered promotional clothing to the Motion Picture Industry for more than 10 years producing items for the crews of films like o Spawn, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, Hidalgo and The Italian Job--to name a few.


We are develping a Motoring Jacket to meet the needs and desires of our customers and would like to include you in our project. The jacket will be a high quality lightweight racing style jacket impeccably designed and featuring the embroidered logos of the top MINI vendors, web site operators and aftermarket suppliers in the USA and UK.

We are seeking up to 10 companies who would like to see their company logo worn by their customers around town and at the ever-increasing MINI related events around the world.

We hope to have the jacket in the hands of our customers in time for the summer motoring season and to be officially premiered at MINI United in Misano, Italy in Fall 2005.

To participate we need your permission to reproduce your logo for embroidery and to feature the logo on our website www.motorswag.com and in our promotional and advertising materials. We would consider this permission, if granted, as a limited use license for this product only and would contact you for further permissions if and when we envision other products bearing the logo(s).

There is no charge to have your logo featured and we will encourage our customers to vote for the companies they’d like to wear should the response to this offer be larger than we expect.. To compensate you for your participation, we will provide you with 2 jackets at no charge with solely your company logo embroidered or if you choose, the ‘full monty’ with all logos. Additional jackets can be purchased at wholesale prices in any quantity. Embroidered patches of your logo can also be purchase at significant discounts in quantities of 50 or more.

If you would like to participate in this exciting and fun advertising opportunity, please fax or attach in an email to miniswag@yahoo.com a letter of permission or just have an authorized representative of your company print their name, address and phone/fax on a copy of this letter and get it to us by May 1, 2005. We will contact you for artwork requirements and sizing for your free jackets when we receive your letter of permission. Please see the preliminary list of companies we are contacting to participate. P.S. This is a considerable project that will require a lot of coordination. Since we don't have the staff to handle this alone. A volunteer(non-vendor) to help coordinate this effort(remotely via email) would be appreciated and will recieve a free jacket and a $100 MotorSwag gift cerificate.
