I've got a 2013 JCW 2-door hatch. This is definitely a noob question, what's the actual differences between the exhausts that I see available on your website? Does the 4mm difference between the 102mm and the 98mm really effect the sound and power that much?

No, its just the tips. They might, in theory, increase the sound a fraction of a degree when you go to a larger tip as it may widen the range of sound a hair. But that is maybe picked up by a mic in a sound studio. I doubt you would hear the difference.
