We know that it's hard to buy from a online shop especially when they're new (like 8 months!), so we've created a section of our website dedicated to unsolicited comments from our customers (and even some random emails from folks). Some focus on our customer service, product catalog and some highlight our mistakes and blunders. Basically the good, the bad and the ugly for lack of better terms. We've opened up ourselves so everyone can see what kind business we run, based on our customers experiences. We've also changed the graphics and color usage from orange and grey to red and Grey for a more automotive look and 'lightened' up the navigation bar to feel at home on a white background. Sublte, yes, but we think it's a nice change. Hope you enjoy!
