Not hating. Exactly the opposite. Honda's been doing it for a while and have a long history so running close to them is quiet an achievement. This is what, first or second Mini dragster? I sure they will only get faster.

I remember back in the day when me and a few friends would drag race our mini's at Englishtown every Friday night.

 

that is just F***ing amazing! I have been impressed by a lot of the new stuff coming out for the 1st gen, but this is just incredible. Good to see some good guys doing some crazy S**t!

Out of curiosity, how many runs has it done and how many transmissions has it been through? I know the stock tranny is pretty strong, but can it take that abuse repeatedly? Did I read something about a road race Mini project? I can't wait!

The stock tranny is fine. What we are starting to go through is stock axels.
