There are some fumed Amboyna that match the color of English Oak, and natural Amboyna that are lighter in color. Amboyna Burl is said to be the most expensive burl available. Its grain pattern makes it worth the cost.

There are also some new Hawaiian Koa ***** with great luster, and an unusual wood called Nanciton that also matches English Oak in color, but has a nice regular grain.
