Mach V Technic Springs for your R56 Mini are intended for use with stock shocks -- they'll work best with the Sport Suspension shocks, but will work with non-Sport, too. They ride a little firmer than stock, but we think they achieve a very nice balance of lowering vs. comfort. They lower the car around 1.25". They're finished in durable red powder coat.
