Absolutely. It's not so much about the diameter (you'll need the 11.75 to fit the diameter of the wheel only) but the face height of the caliper body to the spokes of the wheel.

S-lite wheels are just a very poor wheel for any type of brake kit being so flat in design. Sorry.
