Bridgestone S03 or RE050A

I have the choice between the Bridgestone S03 or the RE050A, on tire rack the S03 is $206 and the RE050A $167 but they say the RE050A is better than S03!!! I was about to get the S03 but if the RE050A is better why is the S03 higher priced? Please help me as I am puzzled now

Bridgestones!!!!

I had the bridgestones on my MiniS when I bought the car and the sidewalls are very stiff like a runflat so the sharp turning will not go away. I went to Toyo FZ4s and I hate the soft sideall. I can feel the tire rolling on the rim under hard turning. Ride quality is better. But I will sacrafice a smooth ride for the great handleing......

I will be replacing the toyos with the bridgestones or the Fuzion ZRi they are bridgestones sister company and they are alot chaper than the SO3s. A friend of mine just put them on his S2000 and they are suppose to be equal to the SO3s.

Bridgestones tied and true all the way. I say go with what you know or feel comfortable with.

Zri's are a definate step down in dry grip from S03. They are quieter and smoother and are more narrow sidewall to sidewall, and more sculpted in the shoulder section. They are designed to fit on extreme plus size fitments wil ease, to look ultra sporty and ride quiet enough to hear your stereo over them.
