Run Flat tires

I recently removed the front wheels on my 2005 MC. After putting them back on I was told that the run flat tires have to be installed so that they rotate in the proper direction. I have looked at the tire and do not see any arrow indicating the proper direction. Are the run-flats direction sensitive. If so how can I determine if they are installed correctly?

If your tires are directional, it will say on the sidewall.

look for a graphic arrow of some sort formed on the sidewall indicating the direction of rotation.
