Have you used BLIZZAK REVO 1 in winter driving?

I ordered the Blizzak WS50s from TireRack but received the Blizzak REVO 1 set instead... Their ratings seem good. Any of you have experience with winter driving on them?

TIA,

Dave

I just bought a set of Revo's but the weather up here in Minnesota has been too warm to put them on yet (which is a good thing) so I have no comments about them.

I'm sure you will be happy with them. They seem to be the new version of the ws50.

Thanks for the detailed report, Alex. I'm now much more at ease. I deal more with snowy roads or wet roads than icy roads here in the Lower Husdon Valley of NY on my 50 mile one-way commute but from the looks of it I should do pretty well. Looking forward to passing all those cocky behemoth soccer mom vehicles that have skidded off the road.
