Which tire for 17" R90 wheels with Eibach lowering springs

Hi,

Have a Cooper with Eibach lowering springs (lowerd by 1")
Want to put a set of 17" R90 wheels.

My question:

I dont want to mod the wheelarches and any other things.
What size of tires should I get?

- 205/45/17
- 215/45/17
- 215/40/17

Want to drive around with 4 ppl withoud rubbing.

What should be the best choice?

Minihune can probably answer this best but I have R90s and its lowered (maybe not as low as yours though) with 205/45 but I'm sure 215s will probably fit. Somebody with more knowledge than me will chime in
