MCS Track Wheels

Is there a consensus out there as to what is the best track wheel for the money? What size wheels are people using for DE events?

That tends to be relative to how much money you have

I'd run 15's, because they're cheap - or 17's if I had to clear bigger brakes, because there is a better tire selection than 16's.

Popular cheap choices would be something like a Kosei K1 or Rota Slipstream.

Stay away from the thin-spoke design of the Circuit8/Helium style wheels - they don't seem to hold up very well on the track.

Can I get a fat enough tire on a 15" wheel?

I've been running a 225/45-15 Kumho Ecsta V700 on 15's for the track. They seem to work fairly well.
