I have come across a set of base Cooper 15" wheels that I would like to use in place of my stock 17" wheels on My MCS (for winter use).

Although the 15" rims do fit, I am concerned by the small amount of caliper clearance.

Is anyone using this type of winter setup successfully? Is there a chance that the 15" rims will flex, thereby causing nasty, nasty things to happen?

They'll be fine. Rotors and brake calipers are the same for Cooper and Cooper S.

Plus, they're light and you'll love the smooth ride!

Cheers!
