conticomfortkit flat repair unit

this looks really cool and i want it:
conticomfortkit link on the left
http://www.conti-online.com/generato.../index_en.html

i'm about to replace the runflats on my mcs with non-runflats, and i've been reading all the tire repair posts. i'm often driving through bad neighborhoods and i am also too clumsy to try to work a plug kit, so i'll probably end up getting fix-a-flat and an air compressor (and i guess a miata spare?). but the conticomfortkit looks like a nice clean answer to the air compressor/gunk plan.

too bad i can't find anyone selling it in the states.

That looks nice. I just bought the Slime 'Lil Buddy kit at auto Zone for $19.99 this weekend: http://www.midwayautosupply.com/deta...ption.asp?9839

Its the basic solution all motorers have been using. 12V air pump, Wax plugs, a can of fix a flat, and AAA coverage with a cell phone.

Others have gotten the oe non S cooper spare wheel, and I have gotten them the bridgestone temp tire. This is commonly carried in one of Jersy Girl's bag's.

My #1 solution is to rotate and check your own inflation pressure, minimum every 3k. I concider this "tiretime" where I identify future frustrations, such as but not limited to.

Punctures
bubbles
uneven wear patterns

Saw this in AutoZone, but the guy at mine told me it wasn't a good idea to use the Slime stuff in auto tires.
