other manufacturer rims?

Ok, so the search button is most definitely not my friend.
I'm looking to see what other manufacturer's use the same offset/hub/wheel size etc... as our loveable cars.

My reasoning involves the classifieds as I can't seem to afford the new rims i want so I figured it's time to look elsewhere.

Anyone know what other enthusiast forums I could peruse to find some suitable new sneaks for my car?

The largest market will be honda/acura.

All civics and most integras use the 4x100 bolt pattern, with offsets in the +38 to +42 range.

www.honda-tech.com
www.honda-acura.net
www.clubsi.com
etc.

Miatas share the same lug pattern as well. Sometimes, however, they tend to run lower offsets than the hondas - meaning the outside edge of the wheel will stick out further from the car.

It's a common size. I'd say the honda boards are your best bet... unless, of course, you're looking for something large, like an 18.

Most watercooled VWs from 1975 to 1998 use 4x100 wheels. The center bore is larger than the MINI wheel.

BMW 2002 and most 3 series cars from 1967 to 1991 use 4x100 wheels and have the same center bore as VW wheels.

Another good thing to look for is the center bore for hub centric rings.

our center bore is 56.1mm :smile:

gracias

Thanks for the help guys

I'm not really looking for 18s, I like 16 just fine.

I just need some new light, old school rims. I originally wanted Compomotive's but i've decided that eating is a bit more important than the way my car looks...;

Yes I know, we all have different priorities. Mine are just a bit more extreme than most :}
