I think you might be underestimating the tooling costs involved.

The closest thing I know of is the Volk SF-Winning.



This looks like a RWD offset. The Mini application will look more like the BMW wheel with next to no lip on it. The main difference is it probably won't have the dish that the above wheel does. Again though, that's only possible because of the offset and isn't going to happen on a Mini.

So what are you saying? The website says they're +40mm offset from what I have heard that's fine. So if I am underestimating the tool costs how much do you think they will be?

True, but the width is 8.5" - which would be the equivelent of a 17x7.5 +27. Maybe it'll still fit???

I could have sworn the factory offset was +44. I wonder why they changed it?

I want these. Can anyone find wheels very similar? I like the mesh type wheels just not the ones with big lips (BBS LM) or bolts on them like the R90s. I kinda like the BBS CHs if the'll fit.
