What's your Tire lifespan before replacement?

How many miles do you typically run your tires before getting new ones? - driving style / mileage

We've owned the mini for over 10 years now and it seems no matter what tires I put on they don't typically last more than half the life span advertised, if that.
I'm the occasional driver (15%) with a more spirited driving. My wife drives it the most (85%) with a more relaxed driving.
Last I bought these Michelin Pilot Sport All season AS/3+ (image below) rated at 45k miles. I'm about less than 20k miles and they're close to needing changing again. See image.
I've improved intervals between rotation. It has improve the premature corner wear but not much else.

Do Mini Coopers wear out tire faster than other cars?

As usual the inside corner has a more pronounced wear (to the left) though better than when I was running Michelin Pilot Super Sport.
