17x8 +37 will it rub?

Running 215/45/17 Conti Sport's 05 Cooper S not lowered

I think it will work, but want confirmation from my fellow drivers who have a similiar set up

I have 17 X 7.5 with 215/45/17 Falkens on '04 MCS and there's no rubbing at all, but my offset is 40. There's my two cents worth, hope it helps...
