Can anyone point me to a How to Change the Brake Booster & Master Cylinder unit in 2003 R50 with a 1.6 Tritec?

Is it a standard operation to remove the bolts and R&R from the unit or do I have to take apart half the car first?

Was hoping to see how/where the brake pedal connects up to the master cylinder...still a bit of a mystery to me on my '88 Mini LHD. For bleeding, I've recently discovered the gravity method.
