2013 Countryman S, 6sp, not all4. Need a fresh set to get me through the next year until I turn in the car for the '16 or '17.

Running the anthracite turbo fans at 18s, and won't be changing those. Despite everything I read about ride quality / road noise, etc, I like the run flat for peace of mind. Road noise doesn't bother me since I have a roof rack that makes plenty of noise on it's own.

That said, I am ok with the 225/45/r18 that came with the car, but would be open to changing to a 50 if that would improve either handling or ride quality...or even fill the wheel well a bit more.

Thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

Countryman tire help
i am running 225/50R18 michelin pilot super sports non runflats

no rubbing or any other fitment problems, and i have sport suspension, 10 mm lower than standard suspension

they do fill the wheel well better

they ride much better ... but any non runflat will ride better than any runflat

my speedo reads spot on ... it was 1.9 mph faster than actual with the stock size tire

one caution ... if your CM is leased, it must be turned in with mini approved tires (5 point star on sidewall, all are runflats and all are 225/45R18) and they must have 50% tread left or you will be charged for a new set of tires at dealer price ... it's in the lease

Thanks for the help...it's an owner's choice lease, so yeah, I want to make sure it's tip top when I turn it in. Factory size it is.
