A little bit of help..
I have a 2009 mini cooper nonS, and was wondering where I can find a particular style of wheel for a reasonable price. .

I like these BMW style wheels that kind of have that concave look to them .. idk if it's called that where the middle sinks in a little. . Thanks in advance

I think the sparco wheels are fine for the price. At 22.5 lbs each they are very close to OEM MINI wheels which are somewhat heavy. Using a base Cooper you don't have tons of extra power but for street use these should work fine.
More important are which tires you want to use.
If you want better street comfort and slightly less wheel gap and you plan to keep your stock suspension then look for 215/45-17 tires which give you a larger selection of possible tires. Tirerack.com search will show many examples or you can contact Alex@tirerack.com for more info. If you do order Sparco wheels from terrace.com you can also get them with tires already mounted and balanced.
Since you are in Germany, did you want to use the tires year round in the cold and snow or just in the warmer months and use winter wheels/tires for snow? What is your budget for tires? What are your priorities? Comfort, handling, treadwear, price, etc?

Alex,
I think the OP was interested in the appearance of those wheels and used that link as an example only, otherwise as you stated the bolt size and width were not for the MINI.
That concave type hub spoke design lends itself more to a wide rim, in fact some wheels come with several options for how deep a concave face you can order depending on offsets and wheel width.
