center wheel cap removal

I`m a new owner can someone let me know how the caps in the center of stock 16`s are removed.Appreciate any help.

Aloha and welcome to NAM.

Is there a reason you wish to remove the centercaps?

For each stock wheel they vary a little in size and can be pushed out from the backside of the wheel. Each one is a plastic disc with a few prongs to hold the cap in place via pressure.

You can remove one more easily if the wheel is off the car since you can gain access from behind the cap that way. Just push. You might need a screwdriver to help pry it out gently.

Sorry I don't know the part number but there is tool (see attached).

You could probably fashion a puller from a wire coat hanger or raid the office supplies

That "tool" is part of the tool kit which is standard if you don't have run flats. It is hidden under the carpet in the boot.
