It was a great deal, and I would recommend that people visit their local pawn shops frequently.
Offer about 25% of the asking price with cash in your hand when you offer.
Expect to get called bad names, but then go up a bit and things get better.
I have paid between 25% and 50% of the asking price for everything I have gotten over the years.

Thanks for the tip, Trippy. I guess I'll have to stop by at some pawnshops from now on. But no, my watch is not to be pawned.
wheel nut torque method works like a charm
with the wheel off the ground, tighten to 30to 40 ft lbs. just holding the wheel by hand.
lower the tire until it contacts the ground, but is not fully weight bearing. using the friction of the ground to hold the tire, tighten to full torque.

I just looked at my Sears torque wrench and it only goes to 80 ft lbs. what do I do to put my lugs on? go to 80 and then snug it a little more with an x lug wrench?
I bought the wrench for rebuilding my motorcycle engine and it worked fine.

I have the same generic torque wrench that is identical to the $30 one at tirerack and $20 one at harborfrieght. I got it for $25 in discount hardware store. It's worked for years without trouble. I'm sure it's not of the highest quality, but most of us can't afford the hundreds for a good torque wrench, and it only gets used once in a long while when changing wheels or oil etc. So I would recommend it.

Everything I've been taught at track days says torque evenly to 85 ft lbs so that's what i do.
