Suggestions on lowering
I just installed 18" rims that are by motoforge.com, The wheels were powdercoated black and the edge of the rim was chrommed (sp) !! The tires that wrap around are 215/35 /18 by BF Goodrich g force wet and dry ultra summer high performance. They are AWESOME, wow
There is no better place to drive a MCS JCW to the limits than So. Cal.
So now I want to lower and look to you experts to choose for me. My tire man says coil overs are a headache to get right and I would be better off with ibox or HR lowering kits that he can install for $450. This will lower it approx 1 to 1 1/4
Also he will install a better polyeurethane bushing on the sway bars front & back.
You tell me , I am listening

You might look at Alta springs from Outmotoring (pretty good price right now) due to smooth ride and a little lowering- not too much that might cause rubbing for you.
Alternative would be eibach pro springs but the cost would be higher.

Just installed Alta springs and H-Sport control arms on the car with 18" JCW wheels. So far, no rubbing, looks great, and best of all, the ride quality is not compromised.
