Clubman 15" wheel as spare on '06 MCS?

Clubman 15" wheel as spare on '06 MCS?
I have an '06 MCS with non-runflat tires. Will a 175/65-15 tire and wheel from a 2010 Clubman work as a spare? I realize that if I have a flat on the front I will have to move a good tire from the back to the front and put this spare on the back. Therefore are there any clearance issues on the rear?
