r56 215-45-17 gearing change ?

Anyone running this tire combo and notice a difference in acceleration due to the change in gearing from a taller tire?

It would be small for normal street use. If you are drag racing then it's not as good as a smaller diameter tire if you have a choice.

For speedo error the taller 215/45-17 would result in a 0.9 mph lower reading at 60 mph.

The 215/45-17 is usually larger than the stock tire and could weigh a little more for a given tire. Runflats are also heavy.
