17x7.5 25 offset??

The wheels won't poke, basically dead flush at that offset. However 25 is a pretty low offset for 7.5s and those tires will likely rub, especially with a 215 series tire.

New set-up would move tire out 1.1" more compared to the OE 17" wheel/tire. Makes more room inboard, but less outboard. Thus, questionable at the fender lip.
