I have a chance to pick a set of 17x7 +43 Volk Racing GT-C gold with brushed lip up on craigslist, it seems a bit pricey but from what I've seen these wheels normally go about $700 each. Guys asking 1200 for 4 wheels and 4 tires.

I'm still trying to figure out if gold is a good look, but also a few questions..

1) Anyone hear any good things about wheels from Volk Racing?
2) The wheels do not include TPMS, would switching the TPMS from my stock wheels to these wheels require me removing both sets of tires?

3)Think the asking price is fair?

 

Volks are super nice. I don't know if the tpms will fit them but, get them anyway and if the tpms doesn't fit sell them. You won't hold onto them too long if you do.

 

I have the GT-7s - super nice but design may well be showing its age

 

Volk Racing wheels are VERY good wheels Also had a set of GT-7s before like roofaS

 

I'd jump on them. I wanted a set of those so bad for my Rx-7 about 10 years ago.
