Should I buy these wheels?
Someone I know is selling used Helo HE825 wheels. Black and aluminum 17x7.5, offset 42mm, Hub 72.5mm, PCD 5x114.3

They're asking for $215. Should I buy them? I'm not familiar with what's good and could use some help. If I didn't buy these, where should I look in the future?
