Picture Request: Motegi Racing MR125 or OZ wheels

Hey guys, thinking about going the cost effective route (versus the slightly pricier OZ Alleggerita/Ultraleggera) and getting the Motegi Racing MR125. The weight is right and they look pretty decent. I'd love to see pictures of anyone running these, or the OZ's for that matter.

Thanks!

If your wondering what these wheels will look like on your MINI go here...
http://www.wheelsnext.com/wheels-tir...-Titanium.html
Under the wheel you will see the Wheel Visualer, click here and follow the instructions...it's that easy!!

I did this when I was looking for new wheels for Molly!!

You're Welcome!! I was where you are a year or so ago? But I had picked out 5 different wheels!! Finally narrowed it down to 2...each time I had decided on a wheel they were being discontinued. So I searched high and low for something that would actually let me see what the wheels would look like, that's when I found WheelsNext!!
Good luck, like anything MINI wheels are as individual as our cars are!!

Thanks guys. Porthos those look awesome, if I had a white roof I'd definitely go with white wheels.

SimtechDJ if you could post a bigger photo that would be great.

I've been playing with the wheel visualizer, and it's pretty neat, but doesn't give the real-life look considering the shadow of the old wheels underneath, etc. Still hoping someone with the Motegi will show up.

I love the OZ's on my Justa. A classic look. I felt a big difference in the car after dropping the weight at the corners compared to stock wheels.

The weight savings is a big factor for me. I have 19lb Konigs right now which feel much lighter than the beefy bridgespokes I had before. The OZ are about 15lb which should be a nice change, but I was also looking at Kosei which makes some that are under 13lb for 16"... however I really don't like the look of the finish on them.

Nice, thanks! Yeah, they are nice looking wheels! Now I am considering the Kosei K4R as well, about $140 each and only 12.8lbs. The OZ do look a lot better though.

Well, for anyone who's curious, I made my final decision today and placed an order. I got Konig Feathers from DiscountTireDirect. Decided on silver, 16x7. They had a Black Friday/Cyber Monday thing going on, so i got them out the door for only $614. I figured that made more sense for me than nearly $1400 on TireRack for the OZ's. While not as ballin' they look good and are nice and light at only 15lbs.

I had these as stock (16s), then went to 17s in Matte Graphite.

I have both OZ's and Montegi's. The montegis are my everyday wjeels and the OZ's are my track set. I like the OZ's better though. The montegi's spokes stick out past the outer rima nd are very easy to curb if you're not carefull.

Would love to see the Motegis on the car, full view and close up, if you have a chance. Thanks.

Thanks for the pics.

The Motegi's are 7.5 wide which is an added benefit and much better priced too. Weight is not too shabby in the 16 lbs range.

I am thinking they could be a good track wheel...

I was lucky to find the OZ's here on NAM, they were almost new with dunlop direza's for a great price so I scooped them up. They are now my track wheels/tires. I liked the black wheel look so much I bought the Montegi's and I took my everyday tires and just re-mounted them for daily driving, but i think the montegi's would be good as a track wheel also.
