I have a 2006 Mini Cooper S which I purchased new in April of 06. Does anyone know the size of the front rotors?I keep coming up with two different sizes.

 

stock GEN1 front rotor is 276mm according to Haynes (not JCW)

however one listing I find has this note

NOTE: There are different rotors for production dates up to 07/2006, and for 07/2006 and later. This is due to the change in lug bolt size from M12 to M14 which occured in July of 2006.

 

Capt BJ, Thank you for that info, that clears up the mystery. My car is before 07/06, so it is the lug bolt size. You have made my day..Bill
