Is there enough room on the hat for this spacing?

 

Ok... I'm bored so I'll bite...

I am 99.9% sure the wheel bolts go through the rotor and into the hub ,so it's not just a matter of more holes in the brake rotor.

If you own the machining equipment you might be able to make them work, but I think it'll be a cold day in hell before you find any machine shop willing to take on that level of liability. The consequences of failure would obviously be catastrophic.
