offset question:

This is my first post on this forum, so please be nice to me...
We just bought my wife a 2010 S convertible and the only mod I'm "allowed" to do is tires/wheels. (I usually go overboard on my vehicle mods)
I'm looking at doing those new Sparco Assetto wheels (black) in 17x7 with a 37 mm offset. Tires will be 215x45 because I don't want a shorter overall tire height. The question is simple......will this combo fit an OEM height car w/o rubbing?

There maybe a slight rub on the rear bumper brackets, pretty easy to solve with some dremel work. It will also rub clear (plastic) on its own.
