VW -Golf/New Beetle Wheels -17 inch
I have a set of VW 17 inch wheels and tires size 225/45/17. I think the tires are too big but will the 17 inch rims fit a 2011 Mini Clubman

Nope VWs are 5 lug wheels, MINIs are 4.

yup, and they have a very similar offset so you cannot depend on a spacer to change the pattern.
