A lot of wheels for the Mini have dual bolt patterns. The most popular one I can think of is the Konig Feather wheels but there are lots more including my recently purchased Velox VX6Rs. I wanted to cover the extra holes with some plugs but could not find anything that was the right fitment and finish. I stumbled across some plastic chrome covers (http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS-Performan...65025/10002/-1) but they are for an 11/16'' lug hole...too big.

So I did a bit of surgery. Hacked off the back, sanded them down, repainted silver to match wheels, and used doubled-sided molding tape to adhere them to the wheels. The pic below shows the original cover (right) and the cover that is sanded and cut. Just hope the tape is strong enough to hold.
