As long as you're running an appropriate offset and tire size, you'll be fine. Typically, you want 42mm or more offset with a 7" wide wheel, and a 215/35-18 tire size. This will not cause any significant problems, though you will almost always get some sidewall rubbing on the rear fender liner. Individual tire shape plays a big role too. My winter and summer tires are the same size, on the same size and offset wheels. My winter tires have a more bulbous sidewall, and subsequently rub, whereas my summer tires do not rub. Hence the warning: "Individual results may vary".

To check your individual application, use the Wheel Offset Calculator

Cheers,
Ryan

I would agree with Ryephile,
18x7 rim, 42 to 48 offset, 215/35-18 tire (many tires will work-ask Alex@tirerack for help)
For tires I found Yokohama Parada Spec-2 for $132 each, Pirelli Pzero Nero for $144, Kumho ECSTA Supra 712 for $89, Kumho Ecsta MX for $109, Pirelli P7000 Supersport for $122, and Continental ContiExtreme Contact for $136.

Keep the air pressure up. If you drive with two people it will be fine but if you load down the rear with passengers it might rub a little.

The combination of the 18" rims and more aggressive tires like the Parada spec-2s might give a little noiser and rougher ride.
