Compatibility of tires of different sizes.Same car.
I want to change tires with 155/65 R13 size to 155/70 R13.As I know,the
diameter and width are the same,but the sidewall is slightly higher,so can I
(safely) do that type of change ?

The sidewalls are going to be in the neighborhood of 3/10ths of an inch taller. And if you have minimum clearance now, you might want to look up the measured section widths of each tire even if they are the same brand.
