I plan on using 215-45-17 tires on 7in wide wheels and have H-Sport springs. What offset wheels will work without rubbing issues.

Dan,

As no_affiliation recommended stay with a wheel within a 42-50 offset. I'm currently running 17x7 wheels, 40 offset with 215/45-17 tires and I'm having rubbing issues at all four corners. If you're thinking of using a wheel that has a 40 offset you should be safe if you use 215/40-17 tires. (I didn't experience rubbing with this tire size) I also have the H-Sport springs.
