Thinking about switching to 16 inch wheels, what are my tire size options.

Thinking about switching to 16 inch wheels, what are my tire size options.
Currently I am running 215/40/17 and I am thinking of going to a 16 inch wheel. My 06 is dropped an inch and I want to fill the wells nicely with no rubbing. What are my size options and what is the advantage of the option?

195/55/16
205/50/16
215/45/16


The stock size would be the tallest of the group. I'd sugest 205/50's and lower the car a tad to remove the gap.
