What color is your car? I myself think the black wheel thing is overdone, but to each is own. If you like them buy them no matter what other people think.
I just purchased a set of Superturismo GT's with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx TT 215/45/17 from Tire Rack. They will be going on a 05 Black MCS as soon as I get the centering rings (they were all out of stock at the time of purchase). As for the weight of the wheel that isn't a real concern of mine. For a street driven car any wheel around 20lbs is fine, I am more concerned with durability and these seem to be very strong wheels. I have bought cheaper wheels in the past and have come away with broken and bent wheels from lovely Chicago potholes.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but I thought the centering rings were 'not' needed if the lugnuts/studs were of the centering kind themselves? I.e the hole thru the wheel was tappered???

The centering rings are for the hub, not the studs. My Ultraleggera wheels required a centering ring for my '09. Not the same wheel but most likely the same case. Also, if you check out the link the OP included then add to the cart, it will show the centering rings included. I don't think Tirerack would include the rings if it wasn't necessary.
21 lbs is kind of heavy compared to 17" OZ Super/Ultraleggeras that are in the 16 lbs. range. Unsprung weight is VERY important to take into consideration when looking at wheel.
I had them on a Scirocco 16v in 15". The 15-incher was 10.8 lbs, and the drastic reduction in unsprung weight was VERY noticeable, in ride quality, acceleration, braking, and handling. But, you gots to pay to play, and the RG-F doesn't come cheap.
